April Update: Spring Is Here & So Is My New Blog

It’s officially Spring in Michigan and I couldn’t be prouder to announce the launch of my new blog and newsletter! Why a blog now you ask?

After spending so much time quarantining and being isolated from people for so long, I’ve taken Q1 by the horns and have challenged myself to build my brand using several new marketing tactics this year, including producing regular content so that you all can get to know me a little better. :)

Each month, I’ll feature more than just real estate tips including a roundup of my favorite things to do, use, play, eat, and explore in metro Detroit, home styling tips, stories about how I turn my new Royal Oak house into a home, and even dog tips approved by my french bulldog, Winston!

Life update: I just moved into a 1939 Royal Oak bungalow after putting my heart and soul into the design and renovation over the past 6 months! I experienced many roadblocks like contractor and material delays due to COVID-19…but the wait was totally worth it. I’m very proud to be the second homeowner of this gorgeous space and can’t wait to continue making it mine. This is an exciting start to a new chapter of my life, so get ready for lots of home decor and reno tips!

Real Estate Q1 Update: Michigan has the 14th fewest homes fewest homes for sale in the country! Yes, you read that right! Pricing is at an all-time high and bidding wars are happening left and right, so if you’re looking to sell your home…NOW is the time! It’s been 40+ years since we’ve had a market this competitive, so if you’re in need of representation then let’s talk! And buyers beware: Expect long lines before your appointment time (due to Covid-19) and be mentally prepared to go above asking price.

As of last month, I closed $3.5 million, have 2 new listings, and 4 pending.
