September Update: My Birthday Month, 2 New Listings + A Cause Close To My Heart

September has come and (almost) gone, and I’m SO ready for fall. I’m fully embracing these cool nights, pumpkin spiced lattes, apple-picking season, and seasonal decor! Michigan sure is beautiful this time of year. I’m also a bit biased for Fall because this month I celebrate my birthday!

I got the best gift a realtor could ask for by settling into my newly renovated Royal Oak home and selling a home in Huntington Woods!

I’m so happy for the seller because we got multiple competitive offers AND the buyers ended up hiring me to sell their home, also located in Huntington Woods. So, if you’re looking for a super cute colonial in this family-oriented, adorable neighborhood then check out my newest listing here. I also have a new listing in Lincoln Park - so get a hold of me if either of these homes appeal to you.

We can setup a tour or narrow down your search together — the market is slowing down a tiny bit, but still quite hot, so it pays to work with a trusted realtor who has all your best interests in mind. As someone who just finished a renovation project (check out my before and after photos!), I have the firsthand experience to help you visualize your dream home and maximize your budget! No matter what step in the buying or selling process you’re at, give me a call or email to get started ASAP.

I anticipate the market will continue to slow down as we enter fall/winter, so now is the time to put your feelers out there and start working with me!

As October fast approaches this week, I want to acknowledge that October is Breast Cancer Awareness month-a cause close to my heart because my grandma suffered from it and I have a close friend currently battling stage 4 breast cancer. Donate HERE to help find a cure - it would mean the world to me 🤍.

This month to change things up, instead of doing a list of my favorite things, I put together a list of the best cider mills and apple orchards that you and your family should go and explore this fall. I wish you all health and happiness as we enter this new season and as always, let me know if I can assist with any real estate needs!

Until next month! -Kellie
