Tips For Resolutions In 2022
How cute is Winston?! He looks how we all feel when we realize we didn’t accomplish our 2021 resolutions….(hahaha) but I’ve got a few reminders to set you up for success in 2022!
The word detox has been taken over by diet and wellness culture. But what if we focused that attention on clearing out and creating space for things that bring us joy?! I personally believe there is so much value to when things are organized in my physical space and how it makes a difference in my mental health.
So when I saw this on Instagram it immediately sparked my desire to connect with you all here and share! My monthly blog posts and newsletter were new endeavors for me in 2021 and I’m grateful for all the things I’ve learned along the way. Marketing is both the best and hardest part of being a real estate agent, so by putting myself out there and sharing my favorite things with you all through this blog I’ve connected with more people than ever before. Plus, it’s been super fun!
Are you going to do any of these things?! Is there anything you’d add to this list?
My goal with sharing the post above is that you remember how special you are RIGHT NOW in this very moment. Sure, losing weight and getting healthy can be great resolutions…but sometimes it’s helpful to detox other areas of your life too! Baby steps, friends…try doing one of the things above if you don’t feel like opening a gym membership. The past year, I’ve learned that crossing things off my ever-growing To Do list is just as satisfying as breaking a sweat :)
Don’t get me wrong though…I LOVE to workout and have been getting back into a weekly routine by going to early morning fitness classes at LBS Studio a few times a week with friends! I think this new routine has helped me be more productive throughout the day, too. So, cheers to making more workout dates instead of just happy hour meet ups in 2022!
I hope you’ve all had a joyous, peaceful holiday and are finding ways to treat yourself whether you’ve taken time off work or not. I work 24/7 for my clients, but it’s been so important for me to dedicate spending quality time with family and friends as we wrap up 2021. Don’t forget to tell those you care about that you love them!
Thank you ALL for spending time with me this year…whether you are a client, colleague or friend, my business wouldn’t be successful without your referrals, trust, and connection! I look forward to seeing you all in the new year and as always, if I can be of service to you or someone you know - contact me and let’s chat!
